The Venice boardwalk overflows with panhandlers. In a crowded marketplace,

people must innovate to attract investment.



This woman gave advice but didn't seem to heed it. After I took the pics, I

gave her a buck. Maybe I should have given her the money before.



Going to have to figure out strategies for taking people pictures without

giving away money...
