Gator Football News @

Hard to believe that this will mark the halfway point of the regular college football season. Time keeps on slippin'...

For those of you who give a damn about football, the article goes on to show that UF is the #1 school for GameDay to visit.

Gator Football News @ "Gainesville, FL

ESPN announced on Sunday that its College GameDay show will emanate from Ben Hill Griffin Stadium this weekend, the site of the Florida-LSU game in The Swamp. The fifth-ranked Gators (5-0/3-0 SEC) and the ninth-ranked Tigers (4-1/1-1 SEC) will meet at 3:30 p.m. on CBS Sports.

Florida will be making its 22nd appearance on GameDay, a figure that leads the nation. The Gators are 13-8 (.619) when they are featured in the on-site game and will be making their first appearance on the program since Oct. 29, 2005, a 14-10 victory over Georgia in Jacksonville. This will be the program's first appearance in Gainesville since Nov. 29, 2003, for the annual matchup against Florida State."
