New Richard Ashcroft single

So much more interesting to say, "New Verve single".

But it's always a good sign to have Mad Richard dishing platitudes and Big Questions when I'm trying to make things better.

Heard it yesterday. It's still a bit of overproduced Post-Sting mush. Still stirs the heartstrings though. I just am looking forward to a downloadable acoustic version.

Richard Ashcroft *Unofficial*: "New track revealed by Q Magazine
Q magazine have listed a new track from Richard's forthcoming 2006 album as one of it's recommended download tracks in December's issue. The track, entitled 'Keys To The World' has been given the thumbs up from Q, which in the past has not been particularly complimentary. The quote is as follows:

'He's leaner, meaner and has relocated his soul. This taster from next year's new album suggests the ex-Verve frontman will soon be on the rise again.' "
