Never mistake activity for achievment

Fuck you, Bill Walton (via John Wooden).

Battle #2:
In my case, activity often is achievment.

So, this one is inertia/sloth/inactivity v. activity and effort.

Things and people that help me actually try new things and get things done get a pass.

On this count, i'm not sure where the blog stands, but Battle #1 trumps any indecision here.

WhatIfSports.com Insider: "Never mistake activity for achievement." This famous John Wooden saying has definitely become a Walton classic. It is always hilarious to hear Tolbert say, 'Boy, Malik Rose is really working hard out there against Shaq.' Only to have Bill come back with, 'That's true Tom, but remember, never mistake activity for achievement.' Classic Walton. "
